This Web site is owned and operated by or on behalf of the San Antonio CPA Society and Continuing Education Foundation. We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. This policy may be changed or updated from time to time.

Your Personal Information

The San Antonio CPA Society and CE Foundation are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not gather your personal information without your permission. Mailing addresses, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses are maintained strictly for the purposes of communicating with and serving the needs of our members and associates. You may "opt out" of receiving any communications via e-mail or printed mail from us by requesting to be omitted from any of our distribution lists.

All browsing on our site is done anonymously and voluntarily. Some features within the SACPA Web site may require personal information to log in or access those specific features. This information can only be acquired if you voluntarily choose to give it to us. If you choose not to submit that information, those areas may be unavailable for use.

Credit Card Transactions

We care about the safety and security of your credit card transactions. High grade encryption and the https security protocol are used to communicate with your browser software. Companies we work with to process credit card transactions also use high grade encryption and security protocols. To avoid error messages, please use the mailing address attached to the credit card as the billing information address at check-out.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel an Ethics, Half-day or Master Series reservation, you must call the Chapter office by 12 p.m. on the business day preceding the seminar. No credit vouchers or refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cancellation deadline. Refunds, less a 10% administrative fee, will be issued upon request. To cancel a Luncheon reservation, call the Chapter office by 12 p.m. the business day preceding the seminar. No credit vouchers or refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or following the program date. Catering guarantees must be made 24 hours before a luncheon seminar; lunch cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins. Walk-ins will be served on availability only after all preregistered guests have been served. If the CE Foundation cancels a seminar, prepaid registrants will receive a full refund or a seminar credit voucher.
