This four-hour workshop provides current case studies from the speaker’s investigation practice dealing with recurring trends in internal fraud and current best practices in the development of an effective anti-fraud program, as well as relevant and effective fraud detection methods.
This session also provides information regarding understanding the mind of the perpetrator and how best to address these issues through company ethics policies, training and controls.
Participants will be exposed to an in-depth application of prevention and detection methodologies that address current trends in internal fraud. The course also seeks to change participants’ collective mindset regarding the perpetrator’s thinking and decision-making regarding committing internal fraud.
Prerequisites: The method of presentation is group-live instruction and the program level is basic. There are no prerequisites for this course nor is there any advanced preparation required.
