In February 2018, Texas State Senator Carlos Uresti was found guilty of 11 federal felony charges relating to his involvement in a Ponzi scheme that defrauded unsuspecting investors out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. In June 2018, Uresti resigned his senate seat and was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison. Come hear Dennis present the details and implications of this fraud case.
