Social media not only provides marketers with a means of communicating with their customers, but also a way to better understand their customers. Viewing consumers’ social media activity as the “voice of the consumer,” this session exposes learners to the analytic methods that can be used to convert social media data to marketing insights. This course provides participants with foundational skills in this area.
Course Objective(s): This course will
- shows participants how social media data can be used to provide insights into market structure and consumers’ perceptions of the brand
- help the attendees to develop a content management strategy around the type of communication the business uses
- provide multiple channels and multiple methods for communication strategies
Prerequisites: The method of presentation is group-live instruction and the program level is intermediate. There are no prerequisites for this course nor is there any advanced preparation required.
